What are we talking about now:
- Natural fear vs unnatural fear…
- Natural fear: experiencing fear naturally and facing it confidently because you know it feels right…going off to college, marriage, Motherhood.
- Unnatural fear: (an experience or circumstance that we choose) work, owning your own business, working out, health journey, dreams. people don’t always understand, people haven’t done what you are about to do.
Everyone deals with fear…in natural or unnatural circumstances…how will you handle it? Paralyzed and stay where you are OR step into a great adventure…be courageous and brave!
Flip the thinking on the unnatural fear…an adventure…
- What keeps us afraid—the fears of not doing what you are called to do…or just doing anything at all…being a people pleaser “what will they think of me”, judgment, offending someone, imposter syndrome, why aren't there enough out there like us?
- Look back at the natural decisions you’ve made to build your confidence in stepping into the unnatural space.
- If God brings you to it, he’ll bring you through it.

What are we talking about now:
- Finding the healthy balance of saying Yes and saying No.
- Not letting guilt of what used to be drive your current decisions…let the past go and create new boundaries.
- Boundaries don’t have to have a negative connotation. It’s setting limits and can set you free from what’s holding you back.
- We encourage you to protect your mental health, guard your heart and sustain the peace of this season for your family.
- Lastly, the greatest boundary to consider this Christmas season is protecting your health and wellness by limiting your stress and restraining yourself from overindulging in eating all the holiday goodies and drinking too much.
- Boundaries have a place in your life and are helpful. We’d love to know what boundaries you have set in place to protect your peace, your health and your heart.
