- We encourage you to protect your mental health, guard your heart and sustain the peace of this season for your family.
- Lastly, the greatest boundary to consider this Christmas season is protecting your health and wellness by limiting your stress and restraining yourself from overindulging in eating all the holiday goodies and drinking too much.
- Boundaries have a place in your life and are helpful. We’d love to know what boundaries you have set in place to protect your peace, your health and your heart.
